Account & Registration

How do I create an account?

Visit our registration page, enter your email, create a password, and follow the onboarding process. You'll complete your personality profile through color and animal selections.

Can I change my email address?

Yes! Go to Settings → Account Settings and update your email address. You'll need to verify the new email before the change is complete.

How do I reset my password?

On the login page, click "Forgot Password" and enter your email. We'll send you a link to reset your password.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account from Settings → Privacy & Data. Your profile, messages, and matches will be permanently deleted.

Matching & Discovery

How does the matching algorithm work?

We match based on color personality compatibility, animal archetypes, and shared traits. The algorithm calculates a compatibility score based on how well your preferences align with other users' profiles.

Why can't I see photos until we match?

This is intentional! Hiding photos encourages connections based on personality and values first. Once you both like each other, you'll reveal full profiles and can see photos.

Can I unmatch someone?

Yes! If you've already matched with someone, you can unmatch them. This will remove them from your conversations and matches list.

Why am I not getting matches?

Make sure your personality profile is complete and authentic. Profiles with detailed color descriptions and animal traits get better matches. Also check if your preferences match the available user base.

Messaging & Conversations

Can I message someone before we match?

No, messaging is only available after you've both expressed interest in each other. This ensures both people are genuinely interested before conversations begin.

How do I know if someone has read my message?

Messages show a checkmark when sent and delivered. Read receipts are enabled by default, so you'll see when your messages are read. You can disable this in Settings.

Can I delete messages?

You can delete messages for yourself, but they'll remain visible to the other person. We don't support unsending messages at this time.

Is Prism Luv free to use?

Yes! The core features are completely free. Premium subscriptions unlock advanced features like unlimited likes and priority matching.

What's included in Premium?

How do I cancel my Premium subscription?

Go to Settings → Subscription and click "Cancel Subscription." Your subscription will remain active until the end of your billing period.

Safety & Security

Is my data safe on Prism Luv?

Yes! We use industry-standard encryption to protect your personal information. Your data is never sold to third parties.

How do I report someone?

You can report a user by visiting their profile and clicking the "Report" button. Our moderation team will review your report within 24 hours.

How do I block someone?

Click the "Block" button on their profile. Blocked users won't be able to see your profile or message you.
